Services
The air-seal from spray foam insulation results in increased energy efficiency (as much as 50%), which translates into short- and long-term savings such as the use of a properly sized HVAC unit, elimination of building wrap, less use of natural resources, and lower utility bills. Unlike fiberglass and cellulose insulation, spray foam insulation is an "air barrier".
Spray Foam Insulation can be used in Attics, Crawl Spaces, New Construction, Metal & Pole Buildings, and anywhere that you wish to seal gaps, cracks and air leaks where heat and cooling can be lost. A typical "vented attic" can reach temperatures in excess of 140 degrees in the summer. When attic vents are eliminated, the building gets tighter.
At Delaware Spray Foam, we provide Crawl Space Encapsulation, which creates an airtight vapor barrier that locks moisture out of your crawl space. A vented crawl space invites outside air into your home. Humid outside air allows condensation to form on metal ductwork and pipes, floor joists, and other surfaces.

We have had our attic and a crawl space under our kitchen addition insulated with closed cell spray foam insulation by Todd and his assistant. The attic and crawl space were done as separate projects, about a year apart, and both times we had a wonderful experience. Todd is very professional and his price was great compared to other quotes we received. His schedule is very busy but he managed to fit our projects in much sooner than I expected which we were so pleased about, especially with the colder weather coming. The attic project was estimated to take possibly two days, but Todd and his assistant
