Let us help you find out if one or more of the following culprits could be affecting the air you breathe.
Services
We'd like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to inquire about our company and services. UV Sam is located in Spring, Texas we are a family owned and operated company. UV Sam is comprised of clean air specialists with 25 combined years of knowledge and experience in air duct, carpet & upholstery cleaning and tile & grout cleaning.
What's affecting the air you breathe? Air duct cleaning reduces airborne dust and particles, unclogs restricted air ducts and registers. How do I know when to clean my air ducts? If you have noticed a buildup of dust in your home, experiencing headaches, then it may be time time to have your air ducts cleaned.
Dryer vents become clogged with lint because lint particles bypass the lint filter entering the duct with warm moist air which clings to the walls of the duct. The longer the duct, vertical duct, and turns increase this buildup. This buildup restricts airflow through the duct which increases back pressure on the dryer fan causing the dryer to overheat.
Just like your automobile, regular maintenance of your cooling and heating systems will keep your systems working and will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter for years to come. Call our air specialists to schedule a 21 point system check-up. During this process our technician will check to make sure the components of your systems are in working order as well as checking for leaks.
The purpose of insulation is to provide a continuous thermal barrier to minimize heat flow through the walls, ceiling and floor. Insulation serves to keep a home comfortable and reduce costs for heating and cooling. Blown cellulose insulation forms a seamless blanket of natural fibers that provide outstanding protection from the elements.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
This is a very unprofessional and rude contractor. I waited at the scheduled time at home, and he never showed up and I called him to find out what happened and he only said I could not go and he was able to go on a different day if his time will allow it. I hired someone else after that fiasco.

UV Sam and his team were extremely knowledgeable. Sam guided us through the scope of work, based on our needs and budget. Sam and his team were fully masked following CDC protocols during the process, used drop cloths to keep our home clean while they serviced our equipment. Sam and his team would keep us fully updated during the process of what to expect, timelines etc.. I would absolutely do business with Mr. Sam and his team again.

Poor professionalism on their part. They dont feel the obligation to explain why they needed to be an hour early. The point is, they show up, I'm a little displeased with the fact that I specifically asked the scheduler to please have them there between 1030 and 12 noon. They call at 910 saying the scheduled appointment was at 10. They turned and left because I was upset and really wanted an apology or something in a professional sense. Very un professional. Whether they do good work, idk. But my experience with them is, more like their way or the highway.

I have used this business to have the air ducts cleaned when I first bought my house. They did a great job. They also replaced my vent boxes. I will be using them again.

Where do I begin? AC system was seizing up and not working at one of my rental properties. It would click on for a few hours than stop working all together. My poor tenant was very frustrated. So I called UV Sam and they came 3 weeks ago and after 30 mins said that we needed to replace the capacitor for $285 dollars. I agreed because it's the middle of August and my tenant needed a working AC system.

Fast forward to Labor Day Monday and the same issue starts up all over again no cool air since 10:30 the night before, so obviously it wasn't just the capacitor. I don't think they
