Had Nova install new heating, a/c and a hot water heater. Guys showed up right on time. They put drop cloths down in the house and were very tidy. Took all the trash from the install with them and left nothing behind. They were great and I'm so happy I used them.....would highly recommend.

Over the years Nova (Dave) has replaced our boiler (heating), HW tank and now our AC. When our 20-year old AC failed in the middle of the heat wave (of course) Nova responded the next day with an estimate and replaced the entire unit within three days. A competitor was saying they couldn't give us an estimate for at least a week and replace the AC in, maybe, two months! Thanks again Nova for your responsiveness and professionalism!

I’ve been using Nova for around 14 years. They are awesome! I had an issue this morning, they tried to save me a service fee by helping over the phone, and it worked. Who does that anymore? Can’t recommend them enough!

They came literally the next day after a call and fixed our AC! We had another guy come who quoted us an insane anouny for the repair and freon. Nova did it for way less and did it super quick! We will definitely be using them for all of our air and heating needs!!!!!

I first met Nova Heating & Air Conditioning through the Save Green program. I had called several other companies and explained that I live in a 55 and over Mobile home park in Jackson and they all said no they could not fit my needs.Then I called Nova and they said they specialized in mobile homes. We set an appointment up for the next day! 9A.M. Sharp, arrived Brian, He was very professional with wearing his PPE and covering his shoes and came in, we sat down and he asked me what I was looking to do? I told him I was looking for an Efficient Heating and cooling system and Tankless water heater
