Forget about speaking with a live person. You'll get an automated email that you'll have to type in a request for a quote. If it's on a weekend you'll wait till monday. If it's on a weekday, you'll get an email reply the next day. This is in a warm week. Try waiting to speak with a real person in the middle of winter when your heat is gone.

I contacted Pruzansky Plumbing heating for some work on our home we bought in Glen Ridge NJ. Mitch and his team were extremely responsive. We needed a new hot water heater, which was done the next day when we made the request and was very affordable. We also need both HVAC units replaced, which was a major job. Jeremy his main technician came by our home several times before the install to settle our concerns, and assure us the job would be done as we wanted. Wilfredo at Pruzansky Plumbing helped us with a leak from our toilet. He was on time and had good communication via cellphone. He first diagnosed the problem, and then did a professional fix. TERRIBLE plumbing and HVAC services. First had them come out to fix a leaky sink, and it was still leaking after a month. They said they would have to charge us another $185/hour to come out because it had been a little over 30 days (and they claimed their work is under warranty for that period only). Then, they came twice to fix a leaking AC unit. The first time the person cleaned the vents and said that should fix it, but it was still leaking two days later. Called them again, they came out and said the drainage was actually disconnected and that there was no way the first person could know that

This Company works for our property management company. They needed to purge my unit for the base board heat last year when they had to shut the system down. The so called plumber was condescending to me as a Senior Citizen women. We had an issue with one of our AC units. Made the call to Pruzansky Plumbing and they quickly dispatched the technician in the middle of the summer within two hours!. The technician was super professional and was wearing a mask and gloves when he arrived. We appreciate that right now. He got us back up and running quickly. I'd highly recommend using these guys!

I've used Pruzansky now a few times, both plumbing issues and HVAC services, commercial and residential. Each time is exactly the same.. Prompt service (whether and emergency or scheduled) knowledgeable staff in both the office and technicians in the field who will diagnose the problem areas and give honest open feedback about what you need to do vs might not need ultimately saving you money in some cases. Reasonably priced and always professional in every sense of the word. I can not recommend them enough for anyone in the N. Jersey area who needs them.. if I could give more than 5 stars

Master plumber Gala worked efficiently and creatively, quickly solving my baseboard hot water thermostatic control and valve installation quirks on the fly, adding cut-off and drain valves omitted when built. The completed installation was so beautiful it was a shame to cover. A joy to watch a master at work!

I thought sharing my experience with Pruzansky Plumbing might be helpful to people on this site and may help you avoid the unpleasant experiences I endured.
August 8th - scheduled an appointment with PP to fix a duct-work condensation problem that was leaking from the ceiling. The technician advised that he couldn't do the work at this time. But explained that they would need to break through walls and ceiling to identify where the leaks were and replace the existing insulation.
He explained that they would not be responsible for replacing sheetrock or repairing the holes made during the

Not only is this company negligent but unethical as well. I purchased a $20K boiler from them 4 years ago and not only has the boiler broken down 9 times, leaving 50 families without hot water but they refused to service it because we had to have another company work on it when it broke down last winter and they weren't available. They even tried to sell us a new one only 2 years after they sold and installed the current one. I called because my AC unit was leaking and they sent a guy out within the hour. The guy was professional and knew what he was doing; he was able to resolve my issue in about an hour. Afterwards he patiently explained to me what he did, why this situation occurred, and provided preventative measures going forward. I was really happy with the service and response time and would use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL! They will promise you one price and later on bill you DOUBLE without a valid explanation as to you. The plumbers came to the house to fix a sewage problem only to screw up the first job and had to come back again. It was clearly their fault for not fixing up the pipes the first time around and complained that they had to do DOUBLE the work when their mistake was the reason why for coming back. Unless you want excuse after excuse, expensive upcharges, and an unprofessional team then by all means book them.

They are scammers. My husband called them to check our boiler. The guy from pruzansky said that it needs to be changed. First, they gave a quote for a new boiler much higher than the market rate (we called up another company and they gave us a much lower quote for a new boiler). Secondly, they charged us an exorbitant service fee just to tell us that the boiler needs to be changed. They should have disclosed this service fee of $160 at the time of making the appointment.
Please do not call them for your plumbing needs... you will end up feeling cheated like we are feeling.:(
