I called TYL for assistance with a roof inspection for a Refi. I was in a bit of a time crunch and TYL pulled me through with flying colors. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. They were able to come on a day an time that was convenient for me. No only were they on time, but they were actually an hour early after calling and confirming the the earlier time would work. All in all, I could not be happier with the service that I got.

My need was a simple drywall patch for a rectangular hole that a plumber had made to repair a pipe. Tim was able to schedule someone to arrive the morning after I called him. Nelson, the technician, was courteous and professional and very meticulous with his work. When I asked him how long he thought the entire job might take, his estimated time was within twenty minutes of the actual, so he helped me easily plan my day around his visit. He suggested that I’d have a more professional look by cutting an extra two inches on one side of the patch job, so that he could replace the piece of drywall

I was very nervous to have anyone come into our home and do this major renovation job, but it had to be done. I had checked Angie's List, and TYL came up. They were the first to call me back. From the beginning, the crew was very professional. The project manager came twice during the job, and then at the very end to be sure we were completely happy. Even with the small issue that my husband had, they went overboard to be sure he was satisfied. Thank you TYL for doing a fantastic job.

We recently contracted with TYL to repair damage done by a faulty restoration at our community pool house. We had a terrible experience with a previous contractor that left our bathhouse is various states of disrepair. Working with TYL (Paul specifically) was a breath of fresh air and a master class in professionalism, dedication, high standards, and timeliness. Paul was on top of it all. We had so many delays and disruptions that were out of our hands and Paul was able to navigate them with ease and flexibility. We had a tight deadline to open the pool to the community and Paul kept us on course

Josue and Ricardo came at midnight to snake the sewer line because of a back up into my tub. I live in a bottom townhouse and they found baby wipes from the neighbors above me, and the baby wipes were clogging the pipes! Josue and Ricardo were so nice and professional, and left the place as nice as they found it! When they were done, you would never have known they were here! Thank you thank you thank you, TYL remodeling!

Antonio, Veida, and the whole TYL team were fantastic in their investigation and repair of a major ceiling leak in our apartment. They were very responsive and proactive in communicating, spent time to make sure I understood the problem and solution, and even helped reinstall our track lighting afterwards. Highly recommend TYL!

I have used Brent and his crew for SEVERAL projects and have never has an issue. I am a GM of a Property that is always looking to have work done. They have handled everything from flood remediation, and full restorations to small drywall patch and repair jobs. They have done roofing inspections and repairs, carpet replacements, window repairs and I even contracted them to do a $150K + stairwell restoration project! If no stars were an option, I would certainly have to leave TYL and Brent Flester "0" stars for the work performed and professionalism.
My house flooded on February 20th, 2015 and the work is still not finished or performed up to standard 3 months later.
The dry wall work is absolutely terrible. You can see exactly where new dry wall was put in and it is not flush with the existing dry wall that had been there. The paint job is just as bad considering that they used two different finishes on my walls and they have paint transfers on all of my door frames and baseboards. In addition

I would like to highly recomment Brent Flester of TYL Remodeling. He totally redid our large bathroom (tiling, plumbing, dry wall and painting) and did an outstanding job. He did not like how the tiles came out around our oval Jacuzzi so he redid them three times until they were perfect. His company also does kitchens and roofing. TYL has an A+ rating with the BBB.
