We build our dream home with Derrick. I work in the real estate industry and could have used a number of builders but I chose to build with Ron because they are family owned, high-quality, and I trust him.

We love our new home and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Chris, our project manager, was very responsive, patient and meticulous. Cerise was extremely helpful also. She made the selection process, for interior and exterior finishes, so much easier than what I thought it was going to be. Everyone we dealt with, during this process, was professional and tremendously helpful.

My family moved to Hudson this spring. We had been looking for a home that met all our needs, but more importantly, one with a high level craftsmanship. We had visited the Derrick model home in the area many times looking at the quality of their work and explore options to build (the home was sold at the time). Our last visit came with the great surprise that the home was actually on the market again.
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone at Derrick Custom Homes. They take pride in their workmanship and it's reflected in each and every home they build. I would highly recommend them

When we moved to Hudson a year and a half ago we looked at roughly 25 homes and couldn't find one to meet our unique situation. We wanted to find a home with a mother-in-law unit and the ones we saw were located in the basement of the home. One of the first homes we looked at was a Derrick Custom home and we liked the look and decided just to check in to see if they could build what we wanted. Derrick built our home in the spring of 2016. The people at Derrick Construction were very friendly and accommodating to the every need of our custom built home. They worked with my wife and I on every decision no matter how big or small.
