Family heating and air came out the next week to check my dryer out on the 15th of October. i called for them to come back because it is still not drying out and takes 2 times to get clothes dried. It has been 3 weeks and still no one will answer the phone or contact me. Ahs has been trying to call them too and they will not answer. I am about through with them. i honestly think they are trying to get more money but as little they know, they will not get anymore while i have a contract open with them. i will not advise anyone to use them

Requested a follow up visit for previous worked on never called back to discuss issue. Would give them zero stars if I could will never use this company ever again very unprofessional. Promised she would call me back and never did called twice and she informed me she laid it on the owners desk this place is a joke. If you’re looking for any kind of maintenance done on your residential home I suggest you go elsewhere

I had a issue as soon as I bought my house, the ac is 27 years old and they have help me trough the process and helped with the insurance by staying on the phone with them for who knows how long. Everyone there is doing a great job and I wont have to go another month in this hot weather without ac.

Bob and his co worker are outstanding. My furnace went out and they had to go to Dubuque to pick up the part. Never hesitate one bit. Put the part in and there was an electrical issue, Bob stayed until he had my furnace running. Outstanding service and Dawn in the office is a sweetheart.
Would highly recommend and they are my new go to furnace and AC people.
