I have been a customer for over 15 years. Why? It is because of the exceptional service they provide and the great techs and office personnel. As I write this review they are working on my AC. The techs always keep me informed to what they find and what is needed to fix the unit. I have and will continue to recommend Keadle to family, friends, and neighbors.

I had my air HVAC unit checked out today for my semi-annual quality check by a very nice man named Ervin. He has serviced my HVAC unit before. He is always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have been pleased with all of the maintenance personnel sent to me from Keadle for more than 10 years now. They are a fantastic company!

On April 26, 2016 Keadle Heat and Air installed two new units at our home. They did a fantastic job. The men were very professional, showed up on time, worked long hard hours, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain in a way that I could understand the functional part of the system. I will continue to use Keadle Heat and Air for all my heat and air needs. David and his crew went way above and beyond with me!
Our AC went out in Oct 2014, but it was still pretty hot outside. David loaned us two window units, until he could get to our problem, which was a complete system install.(Just a couple of days wait since they were very busy)
Anyway, the install was great and he really went over everything with us very thoroughly.
Anytime I have a question, I call David and he's glad to take my call!
Combine this great customer service, with a great price and well......need I say more?

Am completely satisfied with the service of Keadle and their employees. David went out of the way to get my units repaired / replaced. William (technician) was great getting my units repaired and checking the operations of them and also the ones that were replaced. I am completely satisfied with them and highly recommend Keadle.
