Chris was recommended to me, he came out and gave an estimate for my roof 10/30. He was going to submit to my insurance. Sent him my insurance information the same day. Gave it two week and called, he told me he submitted it over and should know by the end of that week. Didn’t hear back, but figured with the time of year and COVID it may take additional time. Called him back the next week. No answer. Left a voicemail. He never called back. Called my insurance company, to find out not only did he not submit the claim, I had too. Still haven’t heard from Chris. Found a new company, and I am now

Chris Cristaldi and Pro Quality Group did top-notch work for us on two homes. Our starter home needed a lot of repairs and issues brought to code before we could sell. ‘Love’ is a complete understatement. Pro Quality Group helped me get my first home ready for sale. They fixed several electrical issues and made sure everything was up to code.
