WAY OVER-PRICED!!! Two separate service calls bills for job that
could be completed the same day. $260 for 5 minutes to pump tank and then another $280 for installation of riser which is nothing more than a piece of plastic
pipe and lid that took
15-20 minutes to put in place. Was originally told would be done same day. They didn't even have to dig or backfill the tank because I did it.

We have used Zook's for years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and competent. No matter if it is just a hiccup in the system or a serious issue they can diagnose problems and facilitate decisions on how to resolve issues and the work they provide is always high quality. Zook's is hands down one of the easiest companies to work with. They are always punctual and have no problem with a phone call about questions and concerns. Super polite people and the only company I would call for anything septic related weather it be installing a new system or just cleaning the tank out. I highly recommend them and will be a long time customer.

We had the opportunity to engage Zook's for service at two different properties including repair/upgrade of an outdoor system and waste removal. The driver/operator was prompt, professional and volunteered extra time for problem-solving with one of the systems. He went above and beyond to examine possible problem areas and provide good advice with regard to maximizing the performance of the system going forward. Highly recommend!
