Needed air fixed, call this company they came right over today, was very polite, and described everything to me, I am impressed! i called other company's and they did not show up! you know the one with the big ads. Repairs were done quick and on time! I took off work half day because of previous experience with other past heat and air repair experience, and I have had problems with other company's saying they will come out just to make me sit and wait , so I decided to try someone with a lot of experience, and a long time in business, this guy came out and fix the problem in a few minutes! Very Impressed. So i went back to work, Highly recommended. Ten Stars!!

This company is great, I called them yesterday on my heating, and they where here right away. i needed to do some shopping but The owner fix the problem in ten minutes, I ask him him how he knew so much about furnaces? He said 48 years of being a hvac repair and installation person is the reason! I hope he is always available, I don't know how we could do without him! Very knowledgeable. very friendly.....

Oh this was awful.
1)The man came out rigged my stuff and told me there was another problem with my air. Then when I had a “real” contractor come out he spotted the issue within 2 min and told me the other guy did me wrong.. smh..
2) plus the man that came out made some, what I deem racist comments, not knowing my biracial child was in the house sleeping until he woke up.
3) also, he sat and talked about absolutely nothing for 45 min bf he “found the problem”, then charged me almost 200 for his time spent.. and when he left he said that if I had any issues within 30 days he would come

If I could give this company a negative star rating I would! I am not even a customer, simply called for pricing and spoke to the "Owner", who is the rudest person I have ever talked to. I have no idea how a person who THREATENS and cusses,(yes I said threatened to get my address from my phone number he said) at someone asking for a price, can have a reliable business. Frankly if the guy I spoke to is the one who fixes, which I was under the impression does, I would be nervous to have this guy in my house alone with me! I

I called into this company to ask some simple questions about possible costs to come and diagnose what was wrong with my A/C. The guy that answer was completely rude. I simply asked if they charged to check to see what was wrong with it and he replied with, "No, we work for free and we don't ever charge anyone for anything that we do for them." then tries to hang up on me but little did he know he conferenced me in with another call he was already on. Completely unprofessional and I will NEVER use them.
