Affordable Custom Cabinets

We’ve used Affordable to do our kitchens and bathrooms 6 times and they have always exceeded our expectations. Brian Linerud was our salesman. He planed the whole projects and had great ideas. Their workmanship is outstanding, the quality is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable.

Rework...no follow through...lack of organization...no coordination. If I ran my business this way I'd be out of business.
This is 2 months of post installation new kitchen.
We'll see if anything gets fixed right over the next 2 months.
Steer clear.

Such a headache! Would never use again and NEVER recommend. This company lacks performance, professionalism and COMMUNICATION. We had MAJOR problems with our kitchen cabinets due to a large error in measuring during the design process. The problem took two months to "fix" and we are still so very unhappy with the outcome. We got different stories from different people, no one seems to communicate there. The installers were friendly but sub-par, at best. Nail holes from installation weren't even puttied, they had to come out numerous times because they didn't have the right materials to finish the

My cabinets are beautifully done, were done on time and installed when contractors were ready. Any blemishes that were caused during installation and a hinge that didn't work properly were fixed and replaced upon my request at no charge. 2 doors were even replaced. The salesman I worked with was very professional and helpful. I do recommend this company as I did shop around for the same design and wood used and this company was able to make odd sized cabinets and drawers to fit my walls which gave me more useable space rather than fillers between cabinets. Not, on time. No follow through. It's been a year and they still have not fixed the damage done during intallation, have not installed the trim, have not remedied the improperly placed cabinets, and each person I speak to (when and if I am able to speak to anyone) is rude, condescending or both. My architect calls them laughable. My contractors have been beyond frustrated.
