Bryan at Chandler Custom Homes was great to work with. We had him do an addition to our home. He took care of everything and gave us continued updates on our project. He was always quick to respond when we contacted him and answered all our questions. His upfront/no surprises approach to the business is refreshing and reassuring to us that we chose the right contractor for the job. We were impressed by Bryan’s suggestions and his professionalism in performing our remodel. At completion of the remodel the value of our property has definitely increased. Bryan Bixman (Chandler Custom Homes) built our home. He is relentless in his attention to detail and making sure his client is happy with the finished product. Our home is a one of a kind custom build and required a great deal of attention to detail. This presented a no problem accommodation for him. He acquired the proper subcontractors to see to our needs including a bridge entrance to our front door overlooking a water falls. I am convinced with his experience coupled with his positive attitude he can take on any home or commercial challenge.

We recently built a new home in St. George which Bryan was the Superintendent over the build. This was our fifth home building experience and we couldn’t have been more happy with our experience. Bryan’s building ethics are impeccable and are a tribute to his experience as a custom home builder.
