Outstanding service, instant communication from the dispatcher and the technician. I got a call the day prior, and a call from the tech as he was leaving for my house. He arrived within the time window promised.
I see a couple negative reviews here, and my experience was extremely positive and exactly the opposite of the other reviewers.
The tech did a superb job, complicated disassembly of a large cabinet depth fridge (GE Monogram), and he replaced the inline drier from the compressor. He accurately diagnosed a faulty repair (by an incompetent repair shop), and fixed the real problem within

I have used this service in the past and was very satisfied, however, this time when I had them come out to repair my dishwasher, I was not happy. I was told that the call would cost $95 but they charged $175 for literally zip tying the drain hose. When that didn't work, they came out again and said I needed to replace the pump...$250 additional for the part. I don't understand how they charged so much for NOT doing anything including properly diagnosing the problem. I don't recommend using this company... very disappointed!

Do not use this company. Scheduled appointment to have my washer fixed. Appointment was 7 days ago. They didn’t show up, call or communicate in any way. I called and texted for a status with no response. When I called whirlpool, they told me my appointment had been rescheduled for another 10 days. Unbelievable! This company is a scam and I will not ever use and will tell everyone to avoid them. Is this “HIS WAY” ??? God says, don’t use Him to try and fool people. Sad, sad, sad. NO WAY.

I had used His Way for my work and home on a few occasions without issue. Unfortunately, the last time I used His Way, I had a horrible experience. I had an issue with my dryer not working. The first serviceman was very nice. He removed the dryer from the base and figured out the problem quickly. it did need a part that they had to order. I was charged a service charge for the visit. A few days later the part came in. I was again charged a service charge, charged for the part and also charged for the labor. I complained about having to pay a double service charge. I highly recommend this company. They do great work. I wish they would service my area because they do really great work. They did make an exception one time for me and came all the way from Pell City to my home in Anniston to fix my dryer and Don did a professional great job and it didn't take long at all. It actually took longer for him to get here than the actual repair did but that was only because they are so far away from me and it's not their fault.

Highly recommend this company. They made sure to have the part that would probably be needed on their truck before coming and potentially charging for 2 trips. Dale Traywick was extremely professional and knowledgeable as was their office manager Saridha. She went the extra mile and called me after hours to reschedule when found out they didn't have the right part on their truck. Looking out for their customers. Great experience.

His Way Appliance was extremely professional. I had two separate companies arriving on the same day. His Way appliance called to confirm the appoint the day before. They called again because severe weather was forecasted for the day they were to arrive. They were giving me a courtesy call to let me know they may have to reschedule due to the threat of the severe weather. I highly recommend these folks! I live in Moody, and they were recommended to me - I didn't expect they'd come all the way out here from Riverside. The technician was very nice, and he explained exactly what was wrong with my oven - even showing me the factory schematics in his explanation. I'll definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. (FYI, service call fee is $80.)

They take forever to get at out to service an appliance and install poor quality parts. My refrigerator went out again within 45 days of part placement. They had to come back, replace the parts and still charged me. There 4hr window, you better be prepared to wait the whole 4hrs before they arrive. My dad and 92 year old grandfather had to come to my house and wait for them. Upon completion, as my family members let them out to leave my grandfather falls down my last step and breaks four ribs.
