Jeff & Connie are an extremely talented team! Connie is a seasoned designer who offered some great suggestions and Jeff's skill set is super impressive. I had a very outdated kitchen and bathroom which he made look brand new! My project was completed in a timely manner, his pricing was fair and properly aligned with his craftsmanship.

We had an appointment to discuss my project but Jeff didn't show up. He didn't call me. He didn't answer his phone and his voice mail was full so I could not leave a message.

Thomas Home Improvement followed up with a handwritten letter repeating their apologies and offering to make things right. I had already found someone else to do the work but I do appreciate the effort to make things right. For this reason, I have adjusted my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I still cannot give 4 or 5 stars since missing an initial meeting is a big deal; first impressions matter. My review is only based
