He installed a new shower faucet, and took the time to make sure no additional painting was needed even though he had to cut through siding (can't even tell it was touched!) if you want a quality craftsman and don't want to worry about being overcharged, Mike is your man.

Mike has done great work on a variety of projects in our 1930s-era-condo (remodeled in the 2000s), from fixing a very tricky upstairs shower drain leak to installing ceiling fans and lights to plastering and painting to shelving to electrical work. Great quality work at reasonable prices. We look forward to working with him again as needed.

Mike did two professional jobs for us. Installed bathroom fan and replaced rotted trim on outside of house. Careful explanation before starting,. We knew what he was doing and the cost. On time, totally professional. Expert workmanship. My Grandfather was a carpenter and builder, and I am sure he would approve of Mike's work.

Well, let's see. Where to start? Picking up where my previous review left off, someone who was helping Mike while he was on a two month hiatus, contacted me and we made a definite appointment for him to come by to look at the work my home needed. She insisted several times that, yes, he would be here.
The day arrived, I awoke early to meet Mike at the promised 8:30. Didn't show. He texted two hours later asking if I'd gotten his email about rescheduling. News to me. But he did make it over at 1 pm. Very nice and personable. Sounded quite knowledgeable about the work. We agreed

On a scale of 1 to 5 give Mike SIX STARS. He's passionate and conscientious about his work. Mike takes the time to listen and has the skills to handle almost any job. When our bathroom was in need of repair, leaky plumbing and some moderate renovation, Mike came through. To top it off, he returns calls, show's up for scheduled appointments, and cleans up after a job...A true pro!
