They're very responsive when you call and very nice. They are very professional and do good work. But they are really expensive and I get the feeling they try to upsell. I had some work done without calling other companies and learned after that the company charges quite a bit more than competitors. They are 24/7, back their work, blah blah. As with anything shop around before committing to one company. Don't always trust google reviews.

I knew when I bought my house two years ago that I was going to need to replace the garage door opener. Then other items made their way on to my to-do list and took priority. Then, last night when I was trying to close my garage door, it stopped working. The door was stuck open and the light was blinking and I was at a loss.
Today Luis A. from Four Seasons came to my home. He was very kind and listened to me before checking out my garage. He also wore a face mask the whole time, which I appreciated. He told me what the problem was and laid out several solutions, including giving me quotes

Four Seasons did an excellent job. The workman showed up with a mask and arrived on time. The repair price was very fair compared to some of the run around I had gotten on the phone earlier in the day. The repair was a very simple one but the technician explained everything very thoroughly, fine tuned the opener itself and lubed all the springs and runners. Very good. 3 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. I would use them again.

Received about four quotes for new garage door and opener. Four Seasons by far was the most helpful, and took their time to answer all my questions to allow us to make the best choice of doors and openers for us. Very timely with returning emails and/or phone calls. Work was completed and the door looks beautiful, friendly and cleaned up when completed. So far we are very happy with everything that was done.

The seals on my garage door froze and stuck to the ground - as a result, they were ripped right out when I opened the garage doors.
Called them up and they were extremely responsive. Provided me a quote which I felt was reasonable and we set an appointment for the very next day.
The guy they sent down was efficient, quick and most of all, really friendly. When the repairs were complete, he also cleaned everything up which was really pleasing.
Guess I've found my go-to folks for my future garage door needs!

Garages unlimited, you've been a huge time saver for us! Our garage door motor or something Broke down!! We had called in a couple of other companies as well some of which never showed up!! Some which did ended up giving us a unrealistic quote for a single car door garage motor replacement!!
We did our research about various costs of the motor and then called these guys up! They showed up within an hour and gave us a very reasonable quote. We are not handy people when it comes to house works so we had to trust them and I am glad we did.

Our garage door bracket snapped. The one that connects the door to the drive. I called Garages Unlimited because they had a good deal on yelp and some pretty good reviews. I spoke to Tim and explained what had happened. He was very nice and quoted me a price over the phone. He was able to set up a time frame for the next day. The guy that came was on time, quick, and professional. He replaced the bracket with a much more sturdier one, and honored the price quoted on the phone. He did notice some rusted rollers and brought it to my attention, but I decided to leave those for another day. Overall

I used this service 3 months ago because their ad popped up at the top of my yelp search. I should have known better. They were fast to respond and they said the could come out right away (they were an hour late). They did honor the yelp pricing for the service call, but ripped me off on the price of the spring (double the price of another competitor who could not come out until later, but would have been the same time because Garages Unlimited was late.) I was initially OK with paying more for fast service, but 3 months later, the cheap spring they used to fix my broken spring broke! But now

After the first company I called came out and told me they weren't willing to take on the job given how difficult it was, I tried calling this place based on the positive reviews on Angie's List and Yelp. Tim came out within an hour and took care of it within two hours. Very professional, polite and got the job done with no fuss. Will only use this company going forward when it comes to garage door repairs.

Fabulous service! We called them last night because our garage door would not close. They came out within 30minutes of my call and fixed the track so the door would close. Super friendly and professional. My husband and I are thinking to get a new door that is more insulated, we will definitely reach out to them again. Highly recommend.
