Radiant Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning uses Hot Water Extraction (HWE) commonly know as steam cleaning, the only method recommended by Shaw, Mohawk, and other carpet manufacturers. Hot water extraction is still the only method that cleans deep into the fibers and remove the embedded soil and pollutants from your carpet.
Like the carpet in your home or business your upholstery will last longer when it's professionally cleaned more often. Whether you have upholstery that is dressed in cotton, poly or microfiber, I know how to professionally clean and care for your furniture. I've cleaned hundreds of pieces of furniture over the 23+ years, and have the experience to know exactly how to clean each piece.
Unfortunately, cleaning your carpet alone will NOT remove pet odor regardless of the cleaning method used (steam cleaning, dry cleaning, etc). Urine contains salts which do not dissolve in water. When a contaminated area is cleaned, the ammonia in the salts can be reactivated causing it to smell again and sometimes smell even worse.
Be extremely careful of the deadly combination of water and electricity. Also, be cautious of slippery wet carpets and floors. Stay away from Raw Sewage backups, which contain nasty bacteria and can be harmful to your health. AMAZING!!! We had a large sectional, 7' sofa & chair cleaned by the owner Ken. I was nervous about the 7' sofa that is tan microfiber. Our Chocolate Lab loved to sleep & rub on it at our previous home. It no longer looked tan. YIKES! Ken made this 9 year old sofa look practically new!!! He is super professional & hard working. I have 2 small kids and 2 dogs and our carpets takes a beating. Our sectional sofa was badly stained and looking pretty yucky. I thought my carpets and sofa was a hopeless cause but Ken with Radiant
