When there was no one else willing to work with us and our insurance NuLook Services really step up to the plate. They did a beautiful job making our house look and feel like a home again. Almost a year later we had an unrelated issue and even during COVID Rudy made himself available. He helped us out once again. After countless experiences with different contractors, it was great to find one that was as great and humbling as this one. Meeting Rudy was one of our biggest blessing. During our worst nightmares of a slab leak and causing our house to flood atleast 2 feet. He was informative and knowledgeable and completed the work in a very timely manner. Our home is better then its ever been. The most amazing part is he followed up with our family after a year to make sure we're still satisfied, which was really nice.

I had a very positive experience using NuLook Services. Rudy and his crew repaired all the damages caused by a water leak inside of my house. This included a complete bathroom remodel and a lot of drywall replacement. Rudy is very considerate, respectful and professional. Absolutely pathetic. I don't know how this guy stays in business other than because his buddies in the industry refer him to people for a kickback. He finally made it out to my house after canceling our first appointment at the last minute the week before. He said he would send me an estimate for the job in a few days, then doesn't return calls or texts after I didn't hear from him.

I was referred to Rudy of NLS by my insurance company. It was a rough start initially because Rudy was not very responsive to my calls, emails, and texts. I was patient at first but had to be persistent. Ended up contacting my insurance agent, writing preliminary Yelp and Angie's List reviews to get things going. I think that really got his attention.
Once the contract was signed and the workers were regularly coming by I could see why Rudy is always so busy. His workers took extra care and really went out of their way to not only make me happy but my tenants as well.

I manage a mid-rise condo building that has a history of leaky copper pipes. In the past year, we have had numerous leaks.
