Highly recommend Bell Termite for any ant issues out there!
We had an ant infestation all throughout our home, more than the typical seasonal ants in the summer. The DIY options killed a lot of ants, but never enough for the root cause back to the ant colony.
Bell Termite setup an inspection the same day and was able to schedule the service very soon after. They were very thorough and handled both the interior and exterior of our home, detached garage, and the edge of our entire property. The initial treatment ended about 90% of the problem, while the remaining ants inside took 2 days to finish

Ok so this review is long overdue. I hired Bell Termite over 5 years ago and i wish I would've left a review then. I had a terrible ant problem. When I say, it was bad, It was bad! I couldn't even leave a crumb because I would have a trail of ants. I tried everything that could be purchased at Lowe's and Home Depot. I even tried essential oils. Great work. Wife used Bell for a rental with great service, called them to do our house. Had several estimates and Bell was reasonable but you never know what you get until the work is finished. From Randy who did the inspection to Diego, Pablo, Adrian and Sal who did the repairs, they were all very professional and courteous. We had an inspection that indicated work needed to be done. The quote was fair and affordable.
We needed some pretty significant dry rot repairs done, including a huge beam. The crew worked well, were very polite and professional. They took the time to explain each step and cleaned up after themselves. They worked at least 8 hours in 90+ degree weather.

Super job! Termite damage was found in my wood trim on the outside of my house. I was very nervous about having the guys take out, treat, repair and replace, then paint the wood. Well . . . it looks fantastic! You can't even tell it was ever damaged. These employees showed up on time, they wore appropriate PPE's, and explained everything in detail before they began. They did NOT damage any of my precious plants!

Real estate rep recommended this company. They came and quoted. Upheld their quoted dollars, but used such inferior products, it made the patio cover look ridiculous. They took 3 days to complete when stated it would be 1. Be aware, if they remove some parts already attached to the home, they may not want to reattach!

I called and got a few estimated from other termite companies to get the work done on the property that we're selling. Other companies wanted to do unnecessary works and we were told to move out a few days, other wanted to charge us arms and legs. We picked Bell Termite because of the reasonable prices and they got the job done in the timely manner and we were able to close an escrow on time. Really disappointed in this company. First off we did not have the choice to choose this company as they were selected by the seller. We agreed with our seller to have this company come out for service after we closed escrow. We started to move a few items into our new home. We were there Monday night and have a nice little storage shed on the side of our house. I used Bell after I had a horrible experience with Terminix. Even though this is a review for Bell, I want to explain how I ended up with Bell. Terminix was the first thing that came up to my mind when I needed to check for termites. I called Terminix and scheduled a consultation. They didn't show up for the consultation. When I called, they can't locate the driver and the representative was supposed to call me back after the representative find out where the driver is. But apparently, no one ever called back. Scheduled a Tuesday spray for spiders, and a family emergency came up, so I had to cancel about an hour before arrival. The operator at the office was 100% understanding and told me to not worry about it. She cancelled my appoint and left an open appointment for when I was available standing. Every time I called, they were really nice, worked with my very difficult hours to get the job done in a timely manner, and the sprayer even spent a bit of extra time batting out brown recluse spiders out of a wreath on our front door for us (recently laid eggs).
