I never thought I would be reviewing a storage locker yet all the things that have gone wrong this is the only thing that has gone right. I never met the owner personally but she is fantastic on the phone everything was easy. I had a stroke, my wife left me I had this big home my wife took my daughter and best friend died and now I suffer at Sevierville's premier apartment complex. I always owned so now I am known as the trouble maker. The apartments could take some cues on customer service and general reason from Allensville SS

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Allensville Self Storage. As other reviewers have mentioned, the units are clean and well-kept, there is space to load and unload, and the area is well lit and secure with coded gate and security cameras. As a 110 lb., 60-year-old woman, the door to our 10 x 15 storage unit was easy to lift open and operated smoothly. It is clear the owners take pride in their units and service. The owners have made month to month rental easy with payment online, text and email reminders, and receipts immediately upon payments. The website is easy to navigate
