Retaining walls can be used for practical reasons such as soil retention, gaining additional ground or just as an accent around a flowerbed or garden area. Segmental concrete retaining walls offer the most choice, sizes and strength. Some require pins or clips to develop strength and alignment while others offer interlocking portions built into the block for ease of use.

Services
When Jack, Tim, and Betty Webb started Saratoga Masonry Supply back in 1980, their goal was to go beyond merely filling the need for a masonry supply store between Albany and Glens Falls. Some thrive and grow while others lose sight of their original purpose and fade away. With our goal kept in sight, we believe if you treat the customer right and meet their needs, we would thrive and also have the best change to grow.
If you're having trouble finding, or are uncertain as to who is the best suited contractor for your project, let us help you answer that question! For almost 40 years we have had the pleasure of working with many contractors, of which, many are qualified to do and complete your project and give you peace of mind, both during and after the construction.

I come here a lot for my masonary supplies and questions. These guys are always willing to answer your questions and help, even if your a fyi type of person. Trust me.... don't take that aspect of their business for granted, because not all companies are willing to spend the time with fyi individuals. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Women Beware!
On the plus side Saratoga Masonry has an excellent supply of items that you can't get at the big box stores. On the con side, they discriminate against women. On 6/18 I purchased 24 red bricks for a small project. I stressed that I didn't care what they looked like but wanted the cheapest ones. They sold me 24 @ $1 each. I liked the results of my project and sent my husband over the following week to get 24 more. They charged him $.90/each and he didn't ask for best price they had. I have shopped there before and always felt uneasy with the pricing, but not being a masonry professional
