My wife and I returned from a two month stay in Florida with loads of wash to do! The washer would not allow water into the machine, the drain filter was clogged! After a frustrating couple of hours trying to follow steps outlined on Google, I sucked it up and called Brad! He fortunately had a cancellation and was able to squeeze me in to his busy schedule!
He was in and out in 30 minutes! Brad is very efficient, knows how to repair things, flexible with his scheduling, and does repairs at a resonable Cost! No more Google or utube searches for me, I'm calling Brad! I know Brad only thru his work with Quality Appliance Service. Called today to arrange an apptmt for my refrigerator to learn that it is now Brad's business!

It was sad for me, but also an opportunity and motivation for me to fulfill my dream of having a business of my own.

Our washer stopped working within the first week of moving into a new house. Ultimately we had to buy a new washer unit because the parts to repair our broken unit were discontinued, but Brad provided very helpful information that saved us a lot of money in unnecessary charges. Overall he was very responsive to our problem, very professional, and very honest.

Brad had come out several times over the past many many years to service our 23 year old Maytag washer. Each time I would excitedly ask "is it time for a new one" and Brad's response would be " no, not yet I can fix it". Incredible knowledge and incredible service!

Called Brad with some issues I was having with washer, dryer and refrigerator. The 5 star rating led me to pick him. Very happy I did. He advised me on the phone that he felt the issues could be easily repaired. He arrived on time and just went at it efficiently and professionally. We got the the root cause of the issues and with that knowledge my appliances will work more efficiently and for many years. He even showed me a few tricks on how to clean the washer strainer. Would say he is the best !

Shortly after moving into my new house, I had an issue with my washing machine not running. Brad was very accommodating and professional in setting and making the appointment to take a look at the washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, however he noticed another very big problem that he said I would be better off just buying a new washer. I'm grateful for his honesty and his reasonable pricing for coming out to diagnose the problem. I hope I don't have to call him again, but if I do, I'd be happy to hire him for the job!

We have known Brad for many years. He is efficient and trustworthy. We have had a few issues with our washer and every time I call Brad he usually is there by the next day. My husband and I work during the day so Brad is willing to come over even if we are not there. We also rely on Brad for my employer. He usually can come by the next day if not immediately. His prices and labor cost are very reasonable.
