I brought my car in for a B1 service I paid more than I should for a tire rotation and oil change they didn't even fill my tires asked for the general manager return my phone call never happened I live in Torrance CA where the corporate office is. And still went out of my way because of an associate Nathan was working there and he was great with customer service. He is no longer there.

I used to take my 2012 Acura MDX here all the time for service. I figured it's an Acura so I should get it serviced AT Acura. And I was OK with paying a a little more for it. Earlier this month I took the car in because it was making a weird sound. Happened when it was cold. I figured they could diagnose it and let me know what it was. When the diagnosis was complete, here's a list of what was needed:

I was recently in market for a car and was very interested in Acura RDX. I called Cerritos Acura for a test drive and Gary Haskill set up the appointment for me. Recently moved to socal. Did my first oil change at South bay Acura, but the experience was 'meh' (3 stars) compared to my Fresno hometown Acura. Decided to give Cerritos Acura a try and what a difference. Felt like I was in my hometown Acura, the vibes and energy was just there. Brought in my car to replace a broken motor mount (originally pointed out at south bay) and had the pleasure of having Don Haney as my service consultant, a man of ethics and commitment to exceptional customer service. I came to this Acura dealer to check out the newly redesign 2022 MDX. Ron, I believe that's his name greeted my mom and I and right off was friendly and helpful. He offered if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. Then, he had his colleague Gary assist from there. This man gave me so much information about the car. He went above and beyond and did not try pressuring or talking me into buying one of the models they have available. I would have definitely made a purchase here if they had the exact exterior and interior color I wanted. I recommend this dealer and ask for these guys!

When i say go to Acura in Cerritos! I mean run there! They have the best deals and best customer service. If you have good credit, bad credit, trade in or over mileage on your lease nothing is a problem they will work with you. Ask for manny he helped me get the Acura RDX black on black 2021! They work with your payment desired and down payment. 10 out 10 best dealer in southern California!

I took my Acura RDX to this dealership for service, it took 4 hours before they gave me an estimate, they told me that the car won't be fixed today. They did not even have a loaner for me to use, their reason was that they are out of loaner. I still have them fix my car and was told there will be a complementary carwash which they did not do a good job either. I hope there will be no issues with the car after having it repaired at this dealership. I will not recommend this place for acura repairs, service is very unsatisfactory!

I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing a used car. I was looking for a used car, and they had what I was seeking, so I went to look at it. They said the car went thru a 100+ point inspection before putting it on the lot. Well, I'm not sure what they looked over as I found a list of issues with the car. The tires had limited tread left, and were rotted as well. One of tires had a piece of rubber flapping off of it as well. The tie rods were on their way out as the rubber was breaking apart in my fingers when I checked them.

I have been car shopping for two weeks and I have visited most of the dealerships in Orange County. I worked with Nate and he was fantastic. Nate was patient and not pushy or aggressive, no bs just space for me to make my decision.
We were able to arrive at a competitive price, they gave me cash for my old beater car which was really worth nothing, they fixed a scratch in the door we found after I had signed for the car and they even had a courier deliver the second key to me at work.
These guys really went ABOVE and BEYOND, I do not write reviews often but these guys really delivered. Thanks

I'm updating this review because after purchasing my car I've hit obstacle after obstacle and the service has been horrendous.
My 2021 RDX started having a screeching sound in the breaks, a cracking noise whenever I went up a driveway, and the dashboard dimmer was broken! Not to mention that i found crumbs and stains on the leather of the interior. I contacted Acura right away and notified them. After three days of having it I took it in to service. I had a loaner car for about a week.
I was told my car would be detailed on the inside because it was given to me at the time of my purchase
