Our septic tank needed service. I called Ken's Septic Service on a Friday morning, and they came out that afternoon to unclog my lines and pump the tank. Jason was great, very conscientious, and explained everything he did. I was totally satisfied, and very glad I called Ken's!

If I could give them 6 stars I would! We just moved to TN and our new home needed some septic repair. The guy our Real estate agent recommended kept postponing the appointments and would not return calls or texts. I fired that contractor and went on a search to find a new company . I found Ken's online, and called them up. They were amazing! They called me back right away, came right out and checked out our issue ( hence to say it was NOT what the other contractor stated it was and in the long run would have cost me A LOT more money!). and made sure we understood what the actually problem was and

Timely service but didn't fix the problem of sewage backup due to clogged field lines. Good job cleaning septic tank and capping which cost $500 but that did nothng to alleviate original problem which I was told would cost $2500 for new field lines. I'm sure they knew this to begin with. Buyer beware!
