I used Marion to paint one Midtown house and he did a complete job and was totally responsive throughout. He then BEGGED me to allow him to finish another historic house which I had done approximately half of, including sanding and painting. The WHEELS CAME OFF on this project after I gave Marion TWO upfront payments towards the total proposed payment. Marion was out no materials at this point as it was all labor in sanding up to this point. He did rent a lift for one high part that he completed all in one day. The total amount I’d given him when he finally QUIT showing up after MANY PROMISES

Very unprofessional. We set up an appointment for an estimate a week in advance, then the appointment was missed with no prior notice. We then rescheduled. The next day, they were "so busy" that they wouldn't be able to do the job at all. For a recommendation from Home Depot, we were extremely disappointed.
