I had a door that was supposed to be locked, and Tony was busy over at AMERICAN LOCK AND KEY, he suggested that I call Bob's Lock Shop, Bob's met me at my store in ten minutes, we went to the door and it was open, he charged me $40, to do nothing but drive 10 minutes, then said he was giving me a discount???? For what, doing nothing, will never use these money hungry fools again.

I've been here several times, with different locks that had no keys. I dropped them off, they told me it would be a few days. And, I have always had a phone call the next day telling me my locks are done. Fair price and quick work. I would definitely recommend Bob's Lock and Safe to anyone.
