The inspection was good. The work was bad. There was not clear communication about the chemicals being used or the application method. I did not receive any product labels, brand names, or safety information for the chemicals used around my home. The people performing the work left trash all over, didn’t clean up areas they dug, and didn’t replace wood chips, etc. As I said the inspection was very professional but the crew doesn’t know how to clean up after themselves.
EDIT: Earthwise has followed up, and it seems they care quite a bit about customer satisfaction. I was able to get the information

This was the first time I've had a pest management company come to my house and Noaman did such an amazing job. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. I really appreciate all his hard work in getting my home's pest issues under control. Chris came out and gave an incredibly thorough inspection in the attic under the house and everywhere in between. He is super professional and honest, he didn't try to sell me a bunch of s*** I didn't need. Ever since I became a earthwise client I can rest easy not having to worry about these nasty bugs and rodents. Thanks Chris Earthwise all day everyday 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

I've been using Earthwise since June 2019. Always friendly technicians and on time. However, I need to give a huge shout out to Noaman. He has serviced my house twice. GREAT customer service. I can tell he cares about doing a GREAT job for his customers. I love that he will show me what he did and explain any issues that could come up or were avoided because of the care he took on giving GREAT service. When my service is due, I ask for him.
