Don't deal with this company. Big mistake on my part to trust them at all. Door wouldn't close occasionally, and they said I needed a new door opener. Installed a new one for $450 but the same problem continued. Blamed it on sunlight. Turned out that they didn't replace one of the door sensors or any of the sensor wiring. So I spent another $50 at Lowes and a couple of hours to fix the problem myself. No problems after that. Yes, I contacted the owner, and I received a totally dismissive reply.

Our garage motor, after 17 years, fell apart. Literally on our new car. I called Avon Garage Door and Dwayne was here the next day with parts and installed a new motor. Dwayne and the personnel at the office were professional, timely, knowledgeable about products and were able to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend their services.

Called to have someone come out to give me a price and was told there would be a charge for that. I told the lady never mind. She called back and said she was wrong about the charge so I set up a time with their tech. He didn't show up in the time window but did call 15 min. later. He said he was restocking parts but was on his way.45 min. later I called him back and told him not to come. By this time he was 2 hours late

Customer friendly company from the receptionist who took my call and scheduled the appointment to the technicians who completed the repairs. The technicians who performed the work completed an inspection then offered me repair vs replacement options including the cost of each. I plan on using this company again when the time comes.
