Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
We had to replace our original door from our 1930’s house (which is quite the challenge). I have to say, I didn’t think a door could turn out so beautiful! They were very responsive, professional, and prompt. If I ever have future home improvement projects - Alcon will be the first people I call!

Took a few days for them to get free for my job and I had to call them again, but when they came they were quick and effective in installing a new motor for the garage door. By the way, if your door seems to be opening and closing by itself, I was told it is likely the motherboard. Unfortunately my motor was ancient and parts are no longer made. But these folks are quick and efficient. Highly recommended!
