After having two heating and air specialists from Silverdale and Bainbridge Island come out to fix my heat pump both of which had no idea of what to do and said they would need to come back, I called Mark at Air Anderson and he came right out and replaced the defective part on the first call as it was a universal part which he always has a supply of in his van. I would not do business with anyone else than Mark and was surprised that the others knew so little about heat pumps which they advertise they service.

Great service provided to a Manchester area customer. An old dead outdoor unit was swapped out for a new unit with a factory 10yr warranty. Air Andersen did a clean install & hauled away old unit at no extra cost to me. Friendly knowledgeable prompt service right before high temperatures set in. Very pleased with the performance of my new a/c. Also there was no up sell on a fancy smart thermostat that I didn't need. Thank you team at Air Andersen!

We have been in Valley City for a couple of years now, living in an older home that we bought. In the few instances where we needed assistance with plumbing and gas work, Air Anderson exceeded expectations every single time. Mark and LeRoy both do as fantastic job and they are very friendly and care about customer service. Even with their busy schedule they ensure to return phone calls and not leave the customer hanging. Prices are reasonable as well. They are the best at what they do...period.
