They had amazing service and reasonably priced. They came out the same day I called them to replace the springs and were able to resolve the problem very quickly. When I called that morning, I was asked if we wanted to replace both springs. Not knowing, I asked and was told that if one broke, then the other was probably not far away, which made sense when she mentioned it.

After months of not being able to close the door on my box truck I decided I have to get it fixed. (Door would get stuck half down). I took it to Midwest doors and immediately got helped the second I walked in. The receptionist called back to a gentleman by the name of (Ken) he came out and gave me a rough estimate right then and there. He then gave me a call the next day with an exact estimate which was spot on to his rough estimate he gave me the day before! So I then called to set up a time to get it worked on. which is tough with my schedule but Ken made it work and now the door works absolutely

Great experience with Randy and the Tech (Jay?) that replaced our older door, opener, motion detectors, outdoor pin pad, and hauled everything away. When we requested an estimate, we had a quote back the same day and I was confident there were no issues. Although I do not think we will have any issues for years to come, I will definitely be calling (and recommending) Midwest Doors.
