Adam was incredibly professional and wonderful to work with. When we discovered damage to the tiles on our spa, he arrived for a same-day appointment to review the damage and provide an estimate. Had Blue Touch come out to evaluate an issue with our pool that was not resolved with another contractor, they made a quick determination of the problem and provided a solution. They were extremely responsive in scheduling the work to be done and providing the services needed to get our pool up and running for our yearly memorial day gathering.
The owner Adam was very understanding and professional, it was especially appreciated to see a business owner directly involved with the project. I am a small business owner myself and appreciate the attention to details and getting the project done correctly

My hot tub was leaking, so I hired blue touch to come out and have a look. The fee of $115 was in line with what you would expect. After his evaluation I was informed that there was no pipe leaks, but instead I needed to seal various parts of the body, skimmer and therapy jets which would be a four day job and cost $800. Later when I got the invoice, it said this was two days. When I questioned, I was informed that this would be one day to showup and prep, two days to wait for parts and then one more day to install. Ok, that's a new way to look at four days work. I was not present

Adam with Blue Touch saved our season! He came out for a free estimate the same day we called, was honest and fair with recommendations and pricing, and then did a thorough and precise job fixing our pool plumbing the next business day. He was prompt for both appointments. Our pump & filter has never sounded so efficient and we have not one air bubble after 2 years of fighting to find air leaks and fixing what we could on our own. He worked quickly and in serious heat and humidity without any short cuts. He cleaned up after himself and was kind and polite. We highly recommend his services to anyone

We had a pool that had not been opened in several years for a number of reasons. Needless to say it needed quite a bit of work. Adam responded quickly to my request and gave us a quote that was very reasonable. He and his crew got to work a few days later. The pool was acid washed, filter and pump replaced, new plumbing put in, new piping from the pump to the pool, painted, concrete work and electrical work done. It was a big job and it went very well. We went from an unusable mess to a crystal clear pool! I'm very happy with Blue Touch we are customers for life.
