We had a clogged kitchen drain and was originally told by another company we would need an expensive additional service to clear the drain. We called Julian's Plumbing to see if they provided the service suggested by the first company that came out. Jason asked a few questions to better understand our situation and said they did provide the service I inquired about but he didn't believe we needed it. Jason was able to come to the property that day and was able to clear our drain within 10 minutes. I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. In a kitchen remodel from hell, Jason has been a shining light. Hyperbole aside, my experience with Jason was easy, quick, and professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me suggestions for the future. He was cordial and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. 10/10 would recommend, I will use them in the future and you should too. My brother in law offered me his unlicensed uninsured services at 50% off Jason’s rate - knowing what I know now, I would go with Jason even if he offered to do it for free.

Moved into new home recently and inspection report said water temperature was at 115 degrees. Called Julian to see they could come out and resolve issue. They said they could walk me through it on phone. I am not handy at all and they were great going step by step with me sending pics at each turn of the process. Actually really simple and saved both of us a service call. Would definitely use Julian's for any future plumbing issues/services

I paid $1350 for 2 new toilets to be installed. Jason insisted that the Kohler Elliston is the best toilet so that's what I agreed to. When he arrived at the townhouse, I saw that he had parked in a space that is not mine. I walked outside and told him he needed to move his truck. He stated back that there wasn't enough room in my space to keep from hitting the cars parked beside it and if anyone of my neighbors said anything to him he "will take care of it". Whatever that means. So I didn't get started with a good impression. Nevertheless the toilets were installed

We are having water pressure issues and I called Julian's after seeing mostly glowing reviews.
I explained our issues and what was going on, and he asked me a couple questions that I was not sure about and needed to get my husband for. Asked him to wait a second. So I got my husband to explain things and we heard nothing. Said hello a couple times and still heard nothing. Hung up and redialed the number twice with no response. Also called another number he had asked me to text pictures to, with no response.

I needed a new faucet install and sink/disposal reconnect and decided to go with Julian's since I had work done by them before. I was given a fair warning that it might not be done the next day, but to my surprise they came in the next morning and quickly got the job done! They were super friendly and courteous and also wore masks. Very grateful to have my sink back so I can start cooking again!

Jason from Julian’s is a great guy. I’ve had them come out a couple times to replace a fill valve, and had them out again to replace polyurethane line running to another toilet. Had an issue with the fill valve just outside of the typical warranty, and they worked with me to make sure we rectified the problem.
The main reason I leave this review is the customer service experience and follow up. Jason genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. You just don’t find customer service like Julian’s Plumbing does.

I can't say thank you enough to Jason and his team! We ran into a fairly major issue with a clogged pipe and knew exactly who to call. Jason came out, assessed the problem, explained to us exactly what was happening and what to expect, and was out the next day to resolve it for us. He and his team were incredibly professional, yet relatable and I felt like I could trust their word and judgement on what we needed! We would highly recommend this company!

FANTASTIC work, very professional! Our kitchen sink leaked for the umpteenth time and we were tired of thinking that we'd fixed it, but had not. So we called in the professionals! Before they even came to the house, they asked us to text photos. They came within hours of our call - wow! When they arrived (masked and then I told them they could unmask once I left the room) they went RIGHT to work! They cleaned up the pipes under the sink and it all works magnificently now! WOW, what GREAT service at a GREAT price. I needed a hot water heater. I had initially called another local plumbing company to do the repairs. They told me my water heater was not a typical water heater and it would have to be special ordered and cost a lot. I asked them if they could provide me with options. I waited 3 days and they never got back to me. I called Jason at Julian's Plumbing and he was at my house within 2 hours. By 10 o'clock the next morning he had replaced my water heater at half the cost I was previously quoted. It was the absolute best service I have had in the last 25 years

Jason at Julian's Plumbing is a life saver! I could not turn off my bathtub faucet and Jason calmly walking through how to cut off the water in the condo I was renting. He let me send photos to him and he was so great at walking me through what to do. I hadn't even made an appointment yet! He came by the next day and was very quick and knowledgeable. He walked through what he was doing the whole time to teach me to know for the future. Him and his coworker wore masks the whole time and they were very safe the whole time.

I LOVE working with these guys. They're super-professional, efficient and respectful of my time, and they keep the business in the family, which I love. And LOCAL. Love that, too. They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove.
