Mike Defazio was the project manager that helped me through this process. He made this while insurance process super easy and efficient. I didn’t have to interfere with anything, and my roof was done with the inspection to install within 3 weeks. I would HIGHLY recommend modern to anyone looking for a new roof. They were professional, efficient and timely. I can’t be any happier with the job done. If you guys want a new roof, call Modern! 11/10. They put the customer first, every time.

Mike Miller with Modern was indispensable in putting our roof replacement insurance claim through. Mike was our go-to guy for the entire process; from inspection to submission of forms to roof replacement, we relied on Mike for it all. Each step of the way he handled everything and kept us up to date with texts and calls informing us of each step. We had our roof replaced and it was a great experience. Mike Miller helped us every step of the way. He was very professional, organized, and had good communication skills. He came over to the house immediately upon completion to inspect the roof and to make sure the area was left clean. The contractors were efficient and considerate. They used tarps to protect the perimeter of the house and made sure the area was clean before leaving.

Modern Remodeling did a fantastic job on our roof. The workers were polite snd our project manager was thorough and attentive. Our grandson watched the roofers from his bedroom window and asked me to put his tool belt on him so he would look like the men working on the deck roof. How cute is that. Great job!
