Sierra Self Storage offers subterranean units that feature stable temperatures, non-condensing environments, and low relative humidity. These plots were constructed from over 9,000 readings taken over a year's time in a representative unit. This first plot shows that the dew point, the temperature at which condensation would form, never reached the actual unit temperature thus assuring that the unit was condensation free.

The Manager Pam is an extremely kind and empathetic business manager whose shoulders are not just to be in charge of this incredibly nice complex but also to lean on or listen to your troubles, although I know that was her choice for me and not her job! Well done Pam, you were their for me when I needed a person to share with.

Called 2 hours ahead to verify 3:00 uhaul pick up. Got there and manager was out doing errands. Called the uhaul support number and they walked us through online pick up. Reservation never stated online pick up and it was a very frustrating process. After 40 minutes manager shows up and does not offer ANY assistance after I explained we had called and not made aware of online pickup, she just asked who we talked to and went inside. DO NOT rent a truck from these people unless you want rude service!!! And a dirty truck!!!

Been at this facility for more than 15 years and the management on-site staff are "par excellance!" Gordon and Pam are second to none in keeping the facilities clean and always willing to help out and resolve any issues. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a storage facility. Such friendly people at this business. I requested a quote online for a storage unit and got an e-mail response within an hour. Turns out the unit I was needing was the most popular but that one had come available that past weekend. I'd been looking around the area for that size and there just were none around! I then followed up with Pam in the office and she answered my questions and encouraged me to come in and fill out the paperwork to reserve the unit, which I did. The process was easy-peasy and the facilities are clean and well-secured, and I'm also going to be using them for truck
