Mac's Moving & Storage

Mac's Moving went out of their way to make our move go smoothly. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate our schedule.

We've used Mac's three times now, twice to move between houses in town and once to move a piano. I've never used any other movers so I can't compare prices or anything else, but Mac's doesn't seem to be unreasonable. Our piano move wasn't completed as they didn't think they could get it up our stairs (we ended up getting it up ourselves) but we were discounted for that. The people that have done the work have always been polite, if not entirely professional. It beats moving a ton of stuff by yourselves.

Had Mac’s Moving & Storage move my sons stuff from Sheridan Wy to Camarillo Ca. all from a phone call from Nashville, Tn. They were so efficient with the entire move. I would highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy. Thank you so much for taking care of our family. Amy Horstmeyer

Macs moving was great. Showed up on time , loaded professionally, drove the truck with care. Arrived on time at new destination. So far nothing broken!
TJ was wonderful. Took charge with a great sense of humor. I made him text me when he arrived safely back in Sheridan ( the mom in me)

I've personally moved five times in three years and have used five different moving companies. I can finally say that I've found the company I will use from now on. It was such a smooth process, they were very accommodating and made sure to answer my many questions and phone calls. I applaud the level of service i was provided and hope to use them again in the future.

Mac and his cronies are crooks! A couple of years ago I hired this company to help me load a truck. Five minute before they were due to arrive I get a call from Mac, who tells me they are not helping. Mind you we HAD to be out of the house that day. Anyway good ole boy Mac hangs up and I am left to fend for myself. I was 64 at the time and my friend was 72 and female. I agree it was cold that day , in the minus temps. Anyway I wanted to write a review with BBB in Sheridan who immediately took down my review and put in a good review. Making BBB a bunch of crooks. Along with Macs Moving and storage

I contracted with Mac's to move from NV to Sheridan. They provided me a reasonable written bid and explained the process beforehand. They arrived on time and took good care of my home furnishings. They were very careful moving out of my old home and into my new home. My property arrived just as it had left. I would use their services again.

Thank you for moving me to St. George, Utah from Sheridan, Wyoming! It's hard to move anywhere in February, but TJ and the guys who loaded and unloaded the truck were fantastic!

Great group of guys! Careful but fast. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Office staff is amazing and helpful... were able to schedule help to unload a 26 foot U-Haul, at storage and home... all short notice. Thankful they could accommodate us. HIRE them!

The movers were next door, but when they left they made sure to through there mcdonald's soda on my truck. I watched in shock! to bad i couldn't run fast enough. No way would i hire these guys. disrespectful group.

The mover's were on time, very conscientious and considerate. This was our first time hiring movers, so I was nervous at first, but they took care of everything better than expected! We would choose them again and highly recommend them! Thank you for being here.

It's cheap. The original owner is long gone. I can't even get them to answer the phone, much less an email. I will have to drive 1,000 miles just to get my stash of photographs.

We had a piano moved. The guys were very friendly and did a great job.

So glad to have Dennis and crew on board to help us move from Buffalo, Wyoming to Cleveland, Ohio!
This team is extremely professional and personable and careful, yet quick and focused with their performance.
Dennis was very accommodating when we had to put all of our household belongings (a lot!) into storage at the last minute instead of directly making the long distance move.
We're approaching the last step of getting on the road, which means (for them) loading our belongings out of storage back onto the trucks and delivering/unloading them at our new home in Cleveland.
I have complete faith

#1 My fault = I didnt get a quote in writing. Hired this company for a cross town move. They broke several things, including the legs off 2 cabinets! This company had a hard time finding the drop off address despite having the address and the phone number of our next door neighbor and landlord whom they never tried to contact.

Here is the icing!! We got no bill for over 6 months from this company, when we called to ask they sent a bill 3X higher than the quoted price! When we objected to the total, they immediately sent us into collections
