Great roof replacement!!!
RES replaced the roof of our home today. The staff was courteous and professional but most importantly skilled. The work is impeccable and they are very efficient and neat ,they left our property free of all materials and took care in moving my patio furniture back where it belongs. I can't say enough about how quickly they removed the old roofing shingles and installed the new ones. I would recommend RES to my family,friends and neighbors.

RES just completed roof and gutter replacement at my home. I was extremely pleased, start to finish. The price was competitive. The owner, Dave, was easy to work with. He was very available by cell phone, and didn't mind my writing in a few items to the contract, such as a date range. Most impressive, however, was the crew. The first day about ten guys (and gals with two women) worked very hard and efficiently. It was easy to see they knew what they were doing. The work was perfect, as far as I could see. 10 stars!! Great service, quality of work & communication. We had a different company replace our roof years back and it turned out to be a flop, which led me to be skeptical in finding a reliable roofing company to work with. Dave came out to give me an estimate and assured me him and his guys would make the roof look up to my expectations...and boy was he right! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our new deck!! After reaching out to several different companies, a neighbor of mine referred us to RES after she had got some work done by them. RES replaced our old beat up wood deck with PVC, also expanding it and turning it in to EXACTLY what we had pictured. Dave explained every step of the process to us and there were no hidden surprises along the way. The entire RES crew are all very reliable and you can tell they care about the quality of their work. I absolutely recommend this company, the guys are professional and thorough with their work. I called their office for an estimate and within a few hours Dave was able to come by and start the process (talk about fast service!!). We had storm damage to our roof and wanted to get the ball rolling asap. Dave and his office manager took charge and dealt with our insurance company for us which saved us a lot of unneeded stress and time. I truly can’t thank them enough!

Last fall we had a small leak around a vent stack on the roof. RES was highly recommended on Facebook so we called them. They fixed the leak for a very reasonable cost and gave us a quote on fixing our chimney and replacing our roof, which we knew we had to do soon.
When we decided to have the roof done there was no question who we would call. RES did an outstanding job. We were away the day of the installation and except for the beautiful new roof you would never know they were here. Every tiny scrap of the old roof was picked up and there isn’t a single nail in the yard.

Dave and his guys were absolutely amazing! When our roof had been replaced (15 years ago), the flashing had been done incorrectly AND the incline on the roof was not to code so it also had that going against it. We had paid 2 other contractors to repair this roof - to no avail. Dave and his guys replaced our family room and 3 season porch roofs and we haven't had a problem since...even after the crazy weather we've had.
