During the past year, we worked closely with Stephen Fleishmann to complete the construction of our new family home in Metairie, LA. Working with the team at Titan Construction was a pleasant experience. Stephen has so much industry knowledge and expertise, I felt very comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Building a fully customized home can be hard at times, but Titan Construction was very responsive to our needs and professional in every aspect of the building process.

Titan Construction did a full gut and remodel on our home. Stephen was great to work with. He helped us stay in our budget and always had great recommendations. He was prompt with returning phone calls and was on the job site to make sure everything went as planned. I loved that we paid our own invoices and there were no hidden additional fees.

Titan Construction worked with us on a renovation of my son’s historic 1890s shotgun home in the Marigny. There were many unique details (old-fashioned batten doors, a period porch/balcony, vaulted ceiling in the new camelback, getting real antique hardwood flooring for the addition, a retro subway-tile shower, original barge board restored along a hallway, the list goes on…) We had to figure this all out together and then have the crew carefully construct. I hired Titan Construction to build a rather complicated outdoor pool house at my property. We used Stephen for a condominium remodel project in the French Quarter several years ago and it turned out great. We received tons of compliments from friends and family on the quality and detail of the work. Steve Fleishmann and his Titan Construction team were masterful in building an addition to our 115-year old home in Uptown New Orleans three years ago. Our goal was to create a master suite, kitchen and family room to accommodate our expanding family (grandchildren) and prepare for aging in place. The result not only achieved those goals but turned out to be a beautifully finished space.
