After over 20 years of catering to our clients' needs, we've developed this special 4-step granite installation process:. When you visit your facility, you will see large slabs of granites, quartz, marble, quartzites, dolomites, and soapstone. This means you can pick your stone and your color from a true representation of the stone, rather than a small sample.

Granite America did a fantastic job with my install. Manuel was patient because I was unsure about the granite I wanted to choose. Thanks to Manuel and the entire Granite City Oak Forest Team for making our experience a pleasure. The entire process from the initial sales to the installation, went smoothly. The installation team even worked with our general contractor with no problems. The final results just made the kitchen even warmer. Granite America and Manuel are amazing to work with! Manuel was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as, very responsive to all my questions. I was adding an island to my kitchen, and Manuel made the whole process simple and effortless, especially considering the work was all done during COVID. Manuel and the Granite America team are an Awesome group to work with on any remodeling project. My project hit many glitches along the way yet they patiently held my granite(for 4 months!!![with a deposit given]) until my cabinets were installed properly. They came out after the new year for templating and I had my installed and ready to use granite countertops about a week after I submitted the layout approval. I will definitely work with Manuel at Granite America again. I really wanted to show the pictures...but I could not figure out how to upload/attach them.

Poor customer service. Would not update us on installation or time of delivery for piece they had to remake. 6 weeks post installation, we found a good size chip on the back edge of granite. We feel the chip was hidden from us by the installers!
Looking at granite now does not give me any JOY.
For money spent go somewhere else.
