Ed and John are great to work with. We were VERY specific about what we wanted from the beginning and were determined to stay on budget to finish our basement. They talked us thru the process very clearly and turned our concrete room into a livable space. We already had ideas on just about everything, but they still offered us options to consider, when needed. That was really helpful! We always wanted to remodel the kitchen. Eichele & Valene Remodeling did a wonderful job. They were very thorough in explaining everything. We had ideas of what we wanted & they offered great suggestions on different ways to get that look. They help us stay on budget, while still giving quality work. We now have a beautiful & spacious kitchen. We will definitely use them again on our next remodeling project.

We hired Eichele and Valene to remodel our kitchen and powder room including removal of carpet and tile to replace with new tile on first floor. Painting and drywall tape repair.
Ed Eichele has stated to us that he stands by his work and that he will do whatever it takes, that they are accommodating, open and transparent. Beware, Ed knows all the right things to say, just don’t believe any of it.
Following are the issues we had with Eichele & Valene Remodeling:
–Had to hire a 2nd contractor to rip out and replace our new tile and subfloor. Use of cheap drywall screws to fasten Durock subfloor

First and foremost, Ed and John are true professionals. They have a fantastic team working with them. Communication is key with every project and Ed or John kept me in the loop throughout the whole project. They worked hard to get the project done so my pregnant wife and I could move in our new home. That was no small feet because we had a ton of work done. We ripped out all the flooring in the entire house are replace it with hardwood and tile. We completely changed the floor plan of the kitchen including cabinets, appliances, and added an island with farmhouse sink. We also completely renovated

We hired Ed to remodel our townhouse in Naperville before selling it. He is a one stop shop for all remodeling needs. He completed our kitchen cabinet painting, bathroom remodel, installed carpets, and refinished our hardwood floors. Project was finished on time as quoted and quality was fantastic. Ed and his team have completed several projects for me. Kitchen, two bathrooms, electrical, deck and fireplace update. All to perfection! All projects were completed within the time frame communicated, within budget, with superior craftsmanship. Above all their customer service was exceptional! I attached a picture of the fireplace project - they designed and hand crafted on my vision!
