Our team collectively holds 200+ years of architectural, design and urban planning experience. The firm is comprised of an experienced and talented designers with skills varying from residential to commercial projects. Our residential portfolio includes but is not limited to multi-family developments, low-rises, mid-rises and custom homes.
Although our company designs an extensive number of commercial projects, we have the privilege of developing a residential portfolio, which is comprised of more than 1,000+ multi-family and single family projects. We treat each project with unique, customer-driven mindfulness while also ensuring the highest and best use for our clients.
Our civic and cultural portfolio is comprised of a multitude of synagogues, churches and governmental buildings. Our firm has designed mikvahs, churches, synagogues, parking garages, city landscaping and similar civic projects. It's important to know that with each project, our architects always provide special attention and detail to cultural and governmental requirements, which vary based on the intended use.
Our team's commercial portfolio is made up of various office spaces, industrial spacing and warehouse properties. Each individual project had specific international, federal and local requirements which we always adhere to and reflect in our architectural designs. Our designers regularly create projects interacting with complex chemicals, ventilation systems, multi-level parking and even as simple as traditional office spaces.
The saying is, "Beauty is based on the inside, not the outside." Our architects design interiors ranging from corporate office spaces and retail shopping centers down to all forms of residential properties. At first seemed like a 5 star place. Made an on-site appointment to discuss the project. Was told they would discuss the renovation and get back to me. Waited some weeks so response, called the office told Joe would get back to me. A few weeks past by no response. Communication is key with these types of projects, I would look around.

So pleased with the architects services provided by Rocky - Kaller Architecture! Such an honest and professional individual.
He really takes a vested interest in your project (in my case a commercial shopping center.)
His attention to detail and "vision" when it comes to "laying out" a room is top notch; their price was fair and they were wonderful partners at every phase of the projects.
I really appreciated the patience with which they'd break out the roll of tracing paper and sketch alternatives for us to consider.
He went waaaaay above and beyond on any project. He's the best! If you hiring
