365 Roofing worked with us to schedule roof replacement on a house we purchased in October 2020 which we originally contracted for in spring of 2021. Once we saw the profusion of plant life as it bloomed we contacted 365 Roofing with concerns about tear-off destroying everything.
Justin was great and we agreed to the project being done in autumn.
Once autumn arrived and they started tearing off the old roof it was apparent that they were organized and well prepared. They took a week from start to finish...there is a lot of roof and I thought it would take longer but these guys are efficient and

Nothing but great things to say about 365 Roofing. They gave us an estimate in spring and were able to lock in the price when materials were rising in mid-2021. Install was in October and they worked through less than ideal weather. Crew was hard working and left the site impeccably clean. I would highly recommend Justin and his crew for any roofing needs.

We were very pleased with both the quality of materials (Owens/Corning and skill of their workmanship. The owner closely followed the progress of our work and his foreman was updating us every day. They completed all of this work in just four days and our yard was checked with a magnetic sweep to make certain not nails or metals of any kind were left laying about. We highly recommend them!

Having built a house here in Durango and working with other contractors and companies we became a little gun shy and anxious when having to hire out again. Our fears of cost overruns, crews not showing up, delays on end, work not being performed as required or even by building code, and phones calls not being returned. These fears were all put to rest with 365 Roofing. They kept us up to date from start to finish! Very reliable, great crew, and no hidden costs. What was quoted on day one is exactly what we were invoiced in the end.

What started out as a roof inspection/repair for some possible leaks, turned into a full replacement due to the age and condition of the shingles. Much of the damage was caused by the former owner trying to self-install some snow melt using extension cords and nailing the heat tape directly onto the roof-----with the expected (poor) results. So, along with the age of the existing roof, we opted for a full roofing replacement.

I live abroad but own a home in Durango. I reached out to multiple roofing companies without calls back. I called 365 Roofing and received a call back within the hour. An estimate in days! Justin and Katherine were fast, friendly, and honest. Being so far away, we needed someone who was responsive to calls and emails and provided honest feedback and work as if it was their own home. We received accurate estimates and even help in modeling the roof color on our existing home color. In the end the job was completed on time and with excellent cleanup and working around the occupants. Very impressed
