This company was very helpful and responsive and did great work. Mine was a small job: Clean up the downspouts on the front of the house for a modern look, but Mark still took the time to talk to me about options while on site and again after he left, when I had questions.

We ended up putting a larger, modern, square downspout in the place of one, and removing another. They were able to schedule the work soon after I decided, too, which I appreciated.

Mark, the owner, is a class act guy. He's responsive, offers an honest assessment and estimate, and goes beyond the job if he notices a problem.

It's hard finding contractors etc in LA who not only give you the quote but also come out personally to do the work and make sure it's done right. If you need gutter work, call him first though he might be backed up with other jobs.

Handled our clogged townhome condo roof gutter within a couple hours of my calling Mark Ruby. He's the owner and does the work in the field. He ended up unclogging the neighbors on either side of us without charging more. Nice guy. Very responsive.

They did the work two days after I ordered it. Crew was fast, thorough and really cleaned up. They installed drainage piping and downspouts on our building. Piping is good quality, looks nice -- and they put padding in the bottom of the piping to prevent dripping sounds.
Good feeling -- we're now prepared for the next rainy season.

Mark Ruby and his team did an outstanding job cleaning and repairing our gutter system today. Scheduling was straight forward and Mark remained in contact re his schedule on the appointed day. On arrival, the system was evaluated and all questions answered directly. Mark and his assistant proceeded to work and work they did. The gutters were inspected and cleaned thoroughly. Mark is awesome. I bought a house last year and there were some drainage issues. Mark called it! All the neighbors garages were dumping into my backyard when it rained! We put up rain gutters on the garages - luckily my neighbors agreed to let the rain be redirected into their yards. Also another drain had been positioned to go straight under my house! Who would build a home like that? He extended it to the front of the house and the pool of moisture under my home was gone. Mark is great. Definitely recommend.

Mark nailed our gutter problem. Well yes, he literally nailed in the gutter that had pulled away from our building and had caused a major water leak. He then performed a water test to ensure this resolved the problem and it did indeed! Another contractor had quoted us $$$ to repair. Thanks, Mark! He and I quickly toured the exterior of my house and garage/office, he recommended where we needed gutters and where we didn't (saving us $) and then he suggested colored downspouts to match the trim on our house. Used Mark and his guys to clean out gutters today. Probably the first cleaning in 10 years! They did a thorough cleaning of all gutters on my two story house and also took care of some gutter and roof repairs. It wasn't inexpensive but I know there was a lot of deferred maintenance to take care of. Will make it an annual maintenance item going forward as we have a lot of tall trees near the roof.
