We have enjoyed our deck awning for the past five years now. For the initial installation, the Overhead Door Company of Alpena were very professional. This year we rolled out our deck awning and it was significantly tilted downward to one side. So we called Overhead Door Company of Alpena to have it serviced. Chris came out and got it working just like new! We are very happy.

I'm very impressed with the quickness, quality and cost of the repairs that were done in making our garage door serviceable.
Within 3 hours of first speaking with someone from Overhead Doors, a friendly employee named Al was at our house and finishing up the job, which to me was not an easy task.
