As it should be, coming home is a vacation. A space that helps you dream, and your mind to wander. Your surroundings are like being up on the mountain, but you are just upstairs with its beautiful, colossal windows. As we like to say, we don't have any windows, only frames of Tahoe. Our Gardner Mountain model was inspired by the rustic-chic lifestyle so many enjoy here in California.

Have been working with this company for years. These guys are talented and very friendly in all aspects they are in. I did a lot of projects with this company and strongly recommend these builders, pros, and good people to everyone who care about the quality, affordability, and time framing in the Construction industry.

I randomly stumbled upon SHEMSS and Serg whist on a bicycle ride in SLT. The crew seemed to be working super hard and doing an awesome job so I asked them to come by and give me a quote. BEST chance encounter ever.
Serg has done multiple jobs for us over the past 7 years - new electric, flooring, carpeting, deck, cobblestone driveway, decks, BMPs, plumbing to name a few. All have been done to a super high standard at an affordable price. He is enthusiastic, reliable and incredibly talented.
I’m not sure I have ever met a harder working person in my life. I actually have to take a nap after
