Excellent customer service! I've used other highly rated carpet cleaners in town and have had to call them to come back and it still wasn't done well. But this company gets it right the first time. He did a very thorough job, was very friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely will continue to use them!

I arrived in Panama City on Thursday. One whiff of my condo and I thought I was in a dog kennel, instead of my home. Friday afternoon at 4:30, I called All Cities Carpet Cleaning, explained my situation, and had an appointment for Satuday morning at 8:00. Troy just left and I am in my recliner admiring what looks like brand new carpet and smelling......nothing! What a wonderful business with excellent customer service skills!!

My former roomate had two cats and a dog and they made quite the mess of my carpets. I searched around on the internet and called for quotes. All Cities seemed to have the best reviews and competitive rates. All Cities' website was also the most professional of the local companies. I called them; the customer service was very polite. They scheduled me and were able to come out the following day. The rep that came out, Troy, was very professional.
