Helped us make a informed decision for a pellet stove. Only downside is pellet stoves are on backorder due to components. But was able to put a deposit down for the pellet stove we decided on and the install for labor, materials, and time seemed very reasonable. Can't wait to receive the actual unit

We recently had a gas fireplace put in from Advanced Chimney Systems and we LOVE it! Brad, the owner, and his salesman, Jordan, are all very professional and helped us get the unit that was best for our house. We live along the river and have a crawlspace, so it was a huge challenge converting the wood burning fireplace to gas, but Rex and Andre' worked hard all day, were very pleasant and made sure we were happy with it. Job well done! It's nice to have a local company we can rely on. We will be recommending them to our family and friends!

We had a new log set installed. The staff in store and the tech who came to the house were wonderful. All were polite and personable. The tech was on time, took care to spread a tarp in front of the fireplace, took all unnecessary packaging and old logs when he left. He also made sure we were comfortable with with working the remote and answered all our questions. The entire job was done quickly and efficiently. Good experience start to finish!

This company is fantastic! We had multiple issues occurring with our Avalon LP gas burning stove and they not only fixed all of our problems but also told us what to look out for in the coming years if any new problems come up. Service was extremely quick. They replaced all the sand, rock, etc in my fireplace, replaced the thermocouple, and walked me through how to operate the fireplace. I recently bought my home, off hand I mentioned that I had a few roof leaks I had taken care of. The technician grabbed his ladder and checked out the chimney for any possible points of water entry. It was outside the scope of work, but I really appreciated him going the extra mile. Service was much more affordable than I expected. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and happy I called Advanced Chimney Systems.
