We recently had a leak underneath our dishwasher and by the time we discovered it, significant damage had been done. I called a dozen different companies. It was a hassle just trying to get someone to give us a quote. Once they did, the turnaround time was weeks to months! We have four young children and one of them has a compromised immune system. Needed mold remediation after a house inspection caused a sale to fall through. Antony and his team came to inspect, gave us a very fair price and proceeded to do a magnificent job. Thorough, complete and neat! We were able to live in the house while this was going on. Any issues that were found during the work were discussed with us and taken care of without crazy up charges. Have recommended them and would do so in the future.

We hired National Biosafe to come into our salon to repair water damage and an awful smoke smell left by the old tenants as well as mold behind the walls and cabinets. With so many state regulations it was an easy decision to choose a company who would not come in with harsh chemicals or bleaching agents that would be dangerous to our staff and customers. Not only did they safely remove all of the mold and replace the water damage but they were able to remedy the smoke smell that was left behind. We have been dealing with mold issues for about a month and since it was our first time dealing with it we had no clue what to do. Bio-Safe came and rescued us from a nightmare. My employer spoke to Frank who "initially" totally seemed reputable... but when the IAQ guy came at the same time to swab then when she told IAQ she didn't know yet if she will be going through insurance she never heard from Frank at biosafe again (3 voicemails later) She called the fourth time and he was trying to "educate" her on how insurance works with a system "Xactimate" a week after asking for his remediation proposal she still did not have a bid. I saw her waste a lot time with this company, and it felt as if because she might be self-pay that they didn

I had just a little bit of mold in my home that I wanted to be proactive about getting rid of before it spread. Rather than they trying to cut of my arm and leg and spend a bunch of money they were real with me and told me that I could save money and aggravation by using their mold cleaning product my self. I am super thankful for their help and if I ever move to a house were I have serious mold issues I know I can trust them that they are not going to rip me off.

I had a very positive experience with this company, Bio-Safe. I recently had water damage and mold due to an AC leak as well as my dishwasher. Frank McHugh and his team at Bio-Safe are honest, dependable and do great work. Bio-Safe removed all the mold, and water damage making my home cleaner and safer!

We had a mold problem that was big and costly. I am senseative to mold and other chemicals so I called National Biosafe to come to my home. They are a GREEN company no bleach no chemicals. When they came around to the cost to remove the mold it was big but then again we had tons of mold. Well I almost cried and then the head guy told me he wouod finance the job for us. I almost cried again with joy this time. They did the job and my house is great again. On top of all we are just about paid off. So happy what a great group of people.

Biosafe did a great job with our home! They came out for an inspection and pointed out where the mold was coming from and explained what needed to be done to get rid of it. They were able to fit us in their schedule and start the job promptly. They were professional and efficient, answering any questions I had along the way.
