Just wanted to say "Thank you!" for verifying an issue with a tire on my daughter's 2007 Honda Civic as I was driving her from the greater Houston area to Charlotte (and her on to Virginia). The Service team was friendly, accommodating, communicative at every step and if we lived anywhere close, I'd bring vehicles in there for service.
Thanks again for taking care of. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and Josh let me know a couple more things that needed to be done. They worked very hard to get me the car I wanted with in my payment range in a very timely manner. This dealership has a friendly atmosphere.

I dropped my 2017 Honda Accord Touring off on Monday, October 25, 2021 at about 8:30am for an oil change and to check the tires due to the tire pressure light being on. I received a call from the service department at about 1pm stating I needed to replace a tire due to wearing caused by the alignment. I agreed to replace two tires and get an alignment. My issue is my car has been serviced by this dealership several times this year and the tire pressure light was always on but I was told there was no issue. My car was there for an alignment in April but it wasn’t completed due to a staffing shortage

It was pouring down rain and I was even sitting in my truck waiting for my husband to get there. I looked up and there was Trey Denson standing at my door with an umbrella waiting for me to get out and walk me inside so I didn't get soaked!! Trey is AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond!!! He was so patient and didn't mind answering our questions when we called him what felt like a million times ☺️

Enjoyed the online shopping experience. When we were ready, we inquired and within 24 hours had details about the vehicle. Rare to require Honda service, but got a check engine light on my 2018 CRV and dropped by the dealership. A quick check identified a recent service bulletin, parts were in next day and the fix took about an hour. The entire service team was everything you would expect in making sure I understood the steps taken and resolution.

I cannot say enough about this service department. Family Road trip from Missouri to Florida. Sudden breakdown 3:00pm on a Friday. Desperate, I called another dealer that was closer. Zero help. Not even friendly. I called Meridian and she said we are busy but bring it in. We'll see if we can help. They worked to figure out the problem, find a part, fit us in between other appointments, and made us feel comfortable. What a great team! Thank you so,so much!

The people here are some of the nicest you’ll ever meet. My wife and I were moving from Texas to North Carolina, and we stopped in Meridian for the night. The next morning we found that my wife’s car wouldn’t start. I figured that it was the starter. I called a local shop, and they referred me to the general manager, Jeff. He got a wrecker to pick up the car, found a new starter, hurried us through the line of cars that were also waiting to be worked on, and had our car ready to go before noon. It was a short 2 hours from wrecker to full repair. I can’t give them enough praise for how kind
